    IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

    By subscribing to any Quasar University plan or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KGA TECH FZ LLC.

    1. Definitions

    "Platform" refers to the Quasar University website (quasaruniversity.com), courses, script library, mentorship services, and any related digital content or tools. "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or purchases from the Platform. "Content" refers to all educational materials, scripts, videos, live recordings, templates, text, and other digital resources available on the Platform. "Company", "We", or "Us" refers to KGA TECH FZ LLC, the legal entity operating Quasar University.

    2. Account Registration

    To access certain features, you must authenticate via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, that you are legally authorized to make purchases, and that you will keep your information up to date.

    3. Nature of Service — Digital Education Product

    Quasar University is a digital education platform. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to:

    • 2× weekly live classes and a growing class archive
    • Script Starter Library (15+ templates, growing monthly)
    • Priority questions channel with real instructors (RED, Cruze & Kishi)
    • Community access via Discord with Priority Discord role
    • Mentorship, strategy sessions, and support channels (plan-dependent)
    • Tebex website templates, creative network access, and VPS hosting (Elite+)
    • Done-for-you development, project management, and white-label code (Enterprise)

    Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all purchases are governed by our Refund Policy which includes a 14-Day Action-Taker Guarantee with specific eligibility requirements.

    4. Subscription & Payments

    All payments are processed securely through Stripe (stripe.com), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. By subscribing, you explicitly agree to the following:

    • Recurring billing: Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) depending on your selected plan. You authorize these recurring charges at the time of purchase.
    • Lifetime plans: Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment granting permanent access to the plan tier purchased. No additional charges will be made.
    • Prices: Listed in USD (default), EUR, GBP, or INR depending on your selection. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers retain their current rate until cancellation.
    • Failed payments: If a recurring payment fails, your access will be suspended until payment is resolved. We will attempt to notify you via email before suspension.
    • Statement descriptor: Charges will appear on your bank/card statement as "QUASAR UNIVERSITY" or "KGA TECH FZ LLC".

    5. Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation:

    • You retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing period
    • No further charges will be made after the current period ends
    • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period (see our Refund Policy for eligible refund scenarios)
    • Lifetime plan holders retain access indefinitely and cannot cancel for a refund after 14 days

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to:

    • Share, redistribute, or resell any course content, scripts, or materials from the Platform
    • Share your account credentials or allow others to access your subscription
    • Use the Platform to develop competing educational products or services
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from premium scripts beyond their intended use
    • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff members
    • Use automated tools to scrape or download content from the Platform
    • Circumvent any access controls or authentication mechanisms
    • File fraudulent chargebacks or disputes without first contacting us

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Platform, including but not limited to courses, scripts, videos, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of KGA TECH FZ LLC and its licensors. Premium scripts provided through your subscription are licensed for your personal use in your FiveM server(s) only. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense scripts to third parties. Course materials may not be recorded, screenshotted for redistribution, or shared outside the Platform.

    8. Mentorship & Development Services

    Mentorship sessions (including strategy calls, code reviews, and business audits) are provided on a best-effort basis. Response times are averages and not guaranteed. Mentorship is for guidance and education purposes; we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or server performance metrics. The advice provided is educational in nature and should not be considered professional business consulting.

    Enterprise development services (done-for-you builds, dev hours, project management) are governed by the formal project proposal agreed upon between you and our team. Deliverables, timelines, and milestones are outlined in your shared Notion roadmap. Additional dev hours beyond the included 8h/month baseline are available at a discounted member rate. All code delivered through Enterprise is white-label ready — you own the final output.

    9. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

    We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider.

    • We respond to all support inquiries within 24 hours
    • We will work with you to resolve any billing issues, including issuing refunds where our Refund Policy applies
    • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate and permanent account suspension
    • We maintain detailed records of account activity, content access logs, IP addresses, and payment confirmations, which we will submit as evidence in any dispute
    • Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant fraud prevention services

    10. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to content redistribution, abusive behavior, fraudulent payment activity, or filing chargebacks without prior contact. Upon termination, your access to all paid content will be revoked immediately with no refund.

    11. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific learning outcomes will be achieved. FiveM server development involves third-party dependencies (CFX.re, Rockstar Games) that are outside our control. Results vary based on individual effort and skill level.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, KGA TECH FZ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or server downtime. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of the UAE, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.

    14. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email.
